Very disappointing!! We purchased a swellpro splashdrone 3+ 2Years ago and have just been told we can not buy replacement parts including batteries. We need to buy the new drone but of course they don’t tell you this at the time of purchase. Be very careful purchasing a drone unless you have throw away money!!!!

It was my first time shopping at Leederville cameras today as it is the camera store furthest away from me but after my experience I will not go to any other store.I called prior to arriving so see whether a certain product was in stock and the young lad was genuinely friendly, patient and very helpful on the phone. When I got there he was busy helping another customer but got served by another girl working there straight away. Abismal customer service. Walked in to look at purchasing a Nikon D850, waited for 5 minutes because I thought everyone was serving people. Had two employees look at me directly and then continue their conversation. I thought maybe they were helping someone else. Sure enough another gentleman walks through the door and one of those employees instantly asks him if he needs a hand with anything.I’m happy to wait my turn whilst others are being served, but if you opt to ignore me outright while I’ve been waiting to make a purchase then I’m done. That’s a solid no from me right there.

Excellent service. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. I often contact them via Facebook, the website form, calling and email. I always receive a quick reply and valuable information. I’ve met Lidio at one of the events they throw at the store, and I was surprised by how approachable, interested and helpful he was. When I complimented their channels, he told me he was the one that replied to me on that occasion – which made me want to do more business with them.They’ve waited for me to arrive when I asked them to put some lights aside before closing, and I always ask for their feedback on lenses, etc. If I could, I would give them 10 stars!

NEVER Going BackI am fairly new to film cameras and I have been here a few time to get my photos developed. The last time I went there (that will be my final time) I went to get a black and white film roll developed (I hadn’t gotten black and white roll developed before, I assumed it would be standard procedure) They charged me double the price of what it usually costs without any explanation. The lady said it would take 2 weeks. It took 5. I asked why they had charged me double when I picked it up 5 weeks later and they said it was because they couldn’t develop it there and they had to send it to another place which charged them, so they charged me more! Unbelievable. I wouldn’t have got my film developed there if they had told me this from the beginning. ON TOP of all this… They didn’t transfer a whole line of film onto my usb! so there are two photos that I have missed out on. I can see them on the film negatives quite clearly like the rest of the photos on it. I am so angry 🙂 I will be hitting up Kmart for all my film needs from now on.

Over the past couple of years I have been a customer of Leederville Cameras. I’ve bought gear from them and have had several prints of all different sizes made up and framed. On most occasions I’ve asked for their ideas, suggestions and advice and have found their expertise and service to be outstanding. Particularly with the various options that are available with printing these days. I’ve had my photos mounted directly onto glass and had a family portrait photo printed onto canvas so that it looks like a painting, all at their suggestion and I’m so glad I did. And the equipment I’ve bought from there ( a couple of camera accessories, a high spec drone and binocs) were priced at as good as I can get anywhere over the counter in Perth.

Reliably one of the fastest film processing labs in Perth that i’ve tried, with excellent quality for the price. They seem to cater for any option you can think of. Only place i’ve been to that never seems to be out of stock of film lately too. I use their mail order film service and get the film Dropboxed back to me. Easy and convenient, and the staff are very helpful. Love it!

My bank told me the opposite and assured me that there was no problerm with my cards or accounts and that the problem was most certainly at your end. I paid with Paypal and the payment went through and then went into Limbo.. I recommend them for developing and scanning of 35mm C41 film. I have tried every lab in Perth (bar Freo Camera House who I am told also do a great job) and I haven’t found one that gives me back better scans. I’ve never once had a scratched or damaged neg either. Of course, if you’re after E6, black and white or different formats, go to Churchills.

Paid for a Canon printer online, drove 45 minutes to pick it up by “click & collect”, to then be told they didn’t have it, nor does their supplier, told me it would be over a month before they could give me a “rough ETA” on its arrival, not just for the printer that I orcered but for all of their printers, a massive waste of my time!Leederville Cameras; don’t sell items on your website and make people pay hundreds of dollars from them when you haven’t even had them in stock for months or know when or where you can get them. Other camera reviews look good but if you want a printer, don’t buy from these guys. Terrible service.

I had a good experience at Leederville Cameras. My first point of contact was via their online chat service asking about matching some online sellers. Frank was patient in explaining the risks with purchasing ‘grey imports’ and I after our chat I was happy to pay the little extra to receive the extra warranty and support from the store here in Perth. I simply wanted to buy a RODE LAVGO mic from this store. When I got to store no one acknowledged me at all. After 15 minutes waiting for assistance , finally a sales person came to me with absolutely no idea about RODE products. Not only he didn’t answer my questions but also he was so rude when I asked about return policy. He took the mic and put itback on the shelf !!!!I desperately bought the mic because I had an important interview with my customer. Today I want to preorder CanonR5 and this store came up by google but I will never ever going back to this store even if they give me free R5 .

Unsatisfactory service. I found a camera to purchase from their internet site but made an enquiry about the product. The following day, after receiving their reply, the price had jumped by $70. When I asked about the original price, I was told that if I went to the store that day, they would honour the price!!!! The store is in WA and I live in QLD. This needs to be taken into consideration when advertising on the internet. A very unrealistic solution to the problem. I would not recommend their business model.

What type of file formats can I send?

We can work with most file formats however we prefer to use PDF. We can also print from EPS, TIFF, JPG or PSD. If there is an issue with your file, our team will be in contact to work out the best solution.

How fast will my business products be delivered?

Delivery times can vary depending on your location. From the moment your order is placed we will have dispatched your products within 48hrs. We estimate that you will receive delivery within the next couple of working days.

Can I pick up my products in-store instead?

Yes, you can choose to pick up your products in-store. Please select that option at checkout. We are based at 201 Oxford Street, Leederville, WA. (Opposite the Central TAFE).
